1. Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently TheFlameCase is only accepting orders within the US.
2. How much is does it cost to ship?
Shipping is flat rated at $4.00 nationwide.
3. When can I expect my order?
All cases are made to order and ship within 1-3 days after your order is placed.
4. What happens if I don't receive my order?
All orders are shipped with tracking information. If for any reason your order is lost in transit we'll send you another replacement case. Click here to fill out a contact form & we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
5. Can I combine discount codes?
Discount codes cannot be combined but can be used mutiple times on seperate purchases.
6. What if I don't like my FlameCase?
If you're not feeling your case click here and we'll help you get started on your return. Typically you'll be refunded immedicately once we receive your returned case.
